Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) is a specialized psychiatric rehabilitation service licensed program developed by the NYS Office of Mental Health. The purpose of PROS is to assist individuals in recovering from the disabling effects of serious mental illness through the coordinated delivery of a customized array of rehabilitation, treatment and support services. PROS participants obtain professional support and direction as they pursue their goals of living, learning, working and socializing. Participants learn new skills to achieve their goals.
